AS Hellas and EOS development cooperation

“EOS specific industrial solutions S.A.” is now an associated company with AS HELLAS, as the participation of AS HELLAS in the share capital of EOS has been completed.

A few words about EOS

EOS was founded in 2012, its headquarters are in Peraia Thessaloniki, and it maintains a branch in Olympiada, Halkidiki. It provides integrated solutions for industrial automation systems as well as communications and safety systems for mining, tunneling and railway industries

EOS already has important clients: Hellas Gold S.A., Mytilineos S.A., PPC S.A., Systems Sunlight S.A., VITOM S.A., and ENEL Green Power Hellas S.A.

It has significant know-how in automation solutions, especially in mining and energy, while it represents in Greece manufacturers of specialized equipment.

The synergies

The collaboration of AS HELLAS with EOS significantly expands the field of Automation applications and solutions. At the same time, there are also significant prospects for synergies in major infrastructure automation projects that are being developed or planned.
