CENTRASIP – Central Unit for Automatic Cleaning in Place

It is the compact solution for small and medium size plants. It has integrated tanks with chemical solutions and it is ready to operate. All of the operational parameters are available for adjustment by the operator. It is suitable for pipe, equipment and tank cleaning. (CENTRASIP Brochure)

CIPLAS – Local Unit for Automatic Cleaning In Place

It is the ready solution for medium and large size plants. It is a decentralized cleaning unit and can be installed close to the production equipment. Its compact dimensions and its proximity from the cleaning targets, make it ideal tool especially for difficult cleanings. It is supplied ready to operate while all of the operational parameters are available for adjustment by the operator. It can be installed either individually or in conjunction with other CIPLAS units. It requires additional installation of chemical solution tanks. Ready prefabricated pasteurization equipment units

GALAXIAS –Automatic Milk Pasteurization Unit

It is the automatic milk pasteurization solution for small and medium size plants. It has integrated all the equipment and ready connections for external equipment (separator, homogenizer, deodorizer, large holder etc) and it is ready for operation. All of the operational parameters are available for adjustment by the operator. It is supplied with difference automation levels while it can easily be integrated in any plant.

CHEAS HOLDER –Milk for Cheese Longer Holder Unit

It is the ideal solution for traditional cheese plants. It provides long holding times allowing for the minimum possible pasteurization temperature for better cheese taste. It is offered with ready installation for CIP. Suitable for either open or closed holding. Adjustable holding time. Typical holding time 12 min. It is sold either separately or in combination with the automatic pasteurizer GALAXIAS.

YOGAS HOLDER –Milk for Yogurt Longer Holder Unit

It is the solution for yogurt production plants. It provides long holding times for proper yogurt production. It is offered with equipment for separate cleaning from the pasteurizer for better cleaning. Typical holding time 5 min. It is sold either separately or in combination with the automatic pasteurizer GALAXIAS.

THERMAS –Automatic Compact Heating Unit

It is the ideal solution for in-line or recirculation milk heating. Taking advantage of the automation achieves stable and gradual milk heating to the desired level. It is offered with interconnection option of the final tank temperature and operator final tank set point. It is suitable for all dairies.

 Prefabricated Ice Water Bank Installation

It is the ideal solution for small installation where there is the need for product cooling without the refrigeration background. We install ready prefabricated production and ice storage units (ice banks) calculated for your production needs. In the Food and Beverage industries there is often the need for intense cooling in short time intervals, while for the rest of the time the needs for cooling are small. The solution to the above problem is given by the ice bank units that provide the capacity to produce and store energy in the form of ice using low energy for all of the day. This energy is consumed when there is real need, reducing the energy consumption and the investment cost to a minimum.
