Technology and tradition for ROUSSAS S.A.

When Roussas Dairy needed to upgrade its facilities and significantly increase the capacity, they turned to AS Hellas in order to implement the project with the factory in full operation.

AS Hellas supplied and installed a new automatic reception line and storage for raw milk, a new pasteurizer for ewe milk and a new central CIP unit for raw milk products.  At the same time, we modernized the existing CIP unit for pasteurized products and the old ewe milk pasteurizer, integrating them to the central SCADA, making optimal use of the existing equipment.  You can read more here.
